The CROSQ Secretariat is headed by the Chief Executive Officer (formerly Executive Secretary) with support by various technical Officers and support staff. The CROSQ Secretariat staff falls under two categories – core staff and project staff.

The core staff is made up of the Finance and Administration department which is headed by the
Finance and Operations Manager [-], the Information System department headed by the Information Systems Officer, and the technical departments consisting of the Technical Officer for Standards, the Technical Officer for Metrology and the Programmes Officer.

Under the Finance and Operations Manager, there are four support staff:

• Accounts Assistant
• Administrative Assistant
• Office and Operations Assistant
• Facilities and Office Assistant

The project staff of CROSQ is made up of the various donor-funded projects which CROSQ are implementing – the CROSQ/IDB-MIF Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) project, the CROSQ/IDB-MIF Regional Quality Infrastructure (RQI) project, the CROSQ/EDF Caribbean Laboratory Accreditation Service (CLAS) project and the CROSQ/CDB RBS project. Each project is coordinated by a Project Manager/Coordinator with support staff.

The two IDB-MIF projects are managed by one Project Manager [-] who is supported by:

• Regional Technical Support Coordinator
• Accounts Officer
• Project Support Consultant [-]

• Project Secretary [-]

The EDF CLAS project is coordinated by a Project Coordinator, with no supporting project-hired staff.
