Primary Responsibilities:
The Information Specialist (IS) of CROSQ is primarily responsible for the management and maintenance of the Information Technology infrastructure of the organisation, including databases, website, network and related document management areas; as well as to develop and maintain the Information Management System of CROSQ. The IS is also responsible for the efficient editing, printing and distribution of documents and data to and from the various Technical and other Committees of CROSQ, as well as interested parties through traditional and electronic medium. As Information Specialist, Ms. Corbin is also required to maintain the currency of available information in areas of interest to the organisation through research and preparation od documents for consideration by the Council and for presentation at conferences and relevant fora.
Background:
With over eight years experience in the IT field, Ms Corbin has a diverse background with additional experience in Marketing, Auditing, Research and Sales. A national of Barbados, she holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics with First Class Honours, and a Master's Degree in Electronic Commerce.
